When taking a company party booking you no longer have to try and fit all your information in 1 or 2 boxes on a A3 sheet. All information, eating times, menu type, total numbers and sub notes is taken and stored. If  the customers poses the question about the menu choice, a simple click on the view menu button will pop up the menu details.
